Cycle Mechanic
Cyclewand is an independent cycle repair and maintenance specialist.
We are seeking an experienced mechanic for our Ditching Road, Brighton location. The successful candidate will complete all service and repairs to a high standard whilst remaining productive. The role is part time.

You will use your skills and experience to independently diagnose repairs and promptly assess and recognise the needs of the customer and their bicycle. You will have the capacity to solve problems and consider issues from another perspective. You will be self-motivated and be able to think outside of the box and show initiative. You will be a good communicator and work closely with the manager to ensure the store runs effectively.

Main Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems; providing high quality bike maintenance and repair services to help our customers enjoy their bikes for longer.
* Timely contact with customers about the progress of repairs if necessary.
* Ensure exceptional customer service when taking repair bookings and liaising with customers.
* Maintain inventory and manage stock orders.
* Keep presentation of store to high standards which includes merchandising and daily cleaning schedules.
* Cash handling.
* Store opening and closing.

Pay: £11.44-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
