Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement service standards and procedures to elevate service delivery
Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimise the service desk operations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing response and delivery times
Tackle service problems head-on, resolving customer complaints with finesse
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
Design contracts for both end users and trade clients
Instruct customers on equipment operation, care, and maintenance
Work with the operations team for seamless service contract handovers
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
A solid understanding of a busy service department, with the ability to implement effective changes.
Collaborative spirit to work with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineers and clients.
