Owing to development opportunities within the Business Performance & Finance Service we are searching for our new Administrative Assistant, and this could be the role for you!
The role:
As one of the biggest employers in the area, we want you to join our close working friendly team to lead and focus on developing initiatives that enable us to deliver support services to the people in Conwy and internal customers.
The post holder will be part of a friendly and essential team which comprises of secretarial and administrative business support to the department’s senior management, to ensure a high level of service is delivered both internally and externally.
This role will give you the opportunity to work with all areas of Social Care & Education Services. An understanding of the department can be ‘learnt on the job’ if no previous experience of the sector has been gained.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Carrying out an extensive range of clerical tasks e.g. typing, filing, photocopying, inputting, and scanning, creating and managing spreadsheets, reports
- Minute taking

You will have excellent attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy and the ability to managed your own workload.
