We are looking to appoint a reliable and resourceful Premises Manager to effectively manage and undertake site maintenance, services and compliance for the Robsack Wood Primary Academy. This is an important role in ensuring that professional and effective facilities management services are provided to staff, students, visitors and customers at our academies. In this role you will: Inspect, monitor, record and maintain academy building and grounds maintenance standards Lead and manage facilities staff ensuring that all service requirements are met Supervise all building, grounds maintenance and external contractors work with strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations. To succeed in this role, y ou will have: Experience of building maintenance work Current knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations The ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills to communicate with a range of clients, both internal and external.
