The Opportunity The Strategy Director for our Transport & Mobility pillar will play a critical role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of the business, with a particular focus on the execution of the strategy as it will be key for the 5-year plan. This position requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the landscape within the transport and mobility sector, capable of defining and executing strategies that will enhance business performance and customer experience. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and manage multiple projects to optimise operational efficiency and growth. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives of the pillar. Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic initiatives. Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of strategy professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies across various business units and functions. Innovation: Lead and manage innovation initiatives, particularly around data, AI and ML that will benefit Worldline and its customers. Collaborate within the innovation community within Worldline to share ideas and implement beneficial initiatives. Lead and manage the strategy team to develop new and disruptive commercial models for our products and service that are better aligned to customer value and benefits. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Communicate strategic vision and direction effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and ensure timely reporting on progress. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives. Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets for strategy-related projects. Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers.
