The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a dynamic team in Keele University’s Global Student Recruitment and Admissions Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for the university’s admissions, recruitment and applicant marketing operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the journey of prospective students to Keele University. They will deliver effective communication campaigns that inspire applicants to choose Keele as their firm choice. Working within the Communications and Conversion Team, the postholder will help implement a comprehensive applicant communications and conversion service, supporting the university’s recruitment objectives through targeted and data-driven campaigns. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver personalised, high-quality communication strategies and contribute to Keele’s commitment to ethical marketing, CMA compliance, and widening participation.
You will have experience in a communications role, ideally within an educational context, with a strong understanding of strategies to convert prospective students and applicants into enrolled students. The role requires excellent copywriting, editing, and project management skills. The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects and building stakeholder relationships.
