We are proud supporters of the ABI Making Flexible Work campaign which means we are open to discuss flexible working, job shares and part time options.
Your role:
This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to start or continue their career within the financial services industry. If you’ve previously worked in a similar role, have strong customer service skills (having worked in a retail or sales role), and are able to demonstrate a great work ethic and attitude, this job is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Promote our services to customers, via both Outbound and Inbound calling, and ensure quality appointments are booked for our Financial Advisers.
2. Build strong relationships with your Financial Advisers whilst managing their diaries, resulting in excellent outcomes for both them and our customers.
3. Evidence strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders via a wide range of channels (Outbound/Inbound calls, email, and web platforms).
4. Ensure outstanding attention to detail in all administration work completed for customers and Financial Advisers.
5. With an expectation to deliver to KPI’s each month, ensure you are proactive in managing your own diary and keeping up to date with any business changes. In return, we provide comprehensive training and outstanding support to enable you to achieve these and set you up for success.
6. You have some customer interaction experience and are a ‘people-person’.
7. Experience of meeting targets is highly advantageous.
8. You can hold a good conversation and are able to communicate professionally.
9. You have a genuine interest in getting into the world of Financial Services.
10. You will possess strong attention to detail (your administration needs to be accurate and call conversations need to meet compliance standards).
11. This is a busy role, as such you’ll need to be pro-active (you take initiative!) and have a great work ethic (you give 100%).
Benefits:
* 28 days annual leave (plus 1 additional “culture day” & bank holidays) – increases to 30 days with 5 years’ service.
* Free secure underground Birmingham city centre parking (available on weekends for personal use – subject to availability).
* Annual performance-based bonus.
* Pension contributions matched (+ 2%).
* Cashback and discounts on major brands in retail, leisure, health, and wellbeing.
* Enhanced maternity & paternity pay.
* 2 volunteering days per year.
