Job Description
1. You will work autonomously and successfully deliver support, projects, and strategic work in accordance with IT governance in place and with the right level of quality.
2. Work under an ITIL type of IT support, including incident management and change control.
3. Produce high-quality documentation, including Visio's/schematics.
4. Use scripting or programming to automate routine tasks or mine information for reporting or implementing change.
5. Work at scale, deploying software or services to large numbers of users, which must be as automated as possible and performed with the utmost quality.
6. Effectively work with third-party suppliers.

9. Remote access VPN
