Every fashion story is beautiful. Let yours begin. Job Purpose: To support the Creative Team in delivering shoot imagery that reflects the brand essence, style, and personality of Love & Roses. By immersing themselves in the brand’s identity, the Stylist will act as a champion of the brand, ensuring its identity is consistently represented across all shoots. No day will be the same, as the stylist works collaboratively across multiple locations, including the Studio at Premier Park (NW10) and the Head Office in London (W1), and contributes to the success of Ecom, Campaign, and Social Shoots. * Immersed fully into the Love & Roses identity, becoming an expert in its aesthetic and personality
* Developing an in-depth understanding of the brand’s customer and translate this into styling choices that align with the brand’s vision
* Collaborating closely with the Creative, Buying and Design Team to align styling with the brand’s goals and product strategy
* Attending sign-off meetings with key stakeholders
* Creating inspiring, relevant and on-trend outfits for all shoots that elevate the product, ensuring it is commercial and on brand
* Building and maintaining close relationships with all studio team members
* Working across the Studio(NW10), Head office (W1) and on location (including international travel)
* Planning and executing Ecom, Campaign, and Social Shoots, ensuring styling reflects the unique personality of the brand
* Supporting the development of the seasonal Styling Profiles. Maintaining 10-12 brand-specific profiles with updated, inspirational, and brand-appropriate wardrobes
* Attending vision meetings to prepare for seasons ahead
* Supporting style-outs to ensure every product has the intended end use and fits creative shoot brief
* Supporting the growth and development of shoots, contributing to their success through innovative and on-brand styling
Your talent:
* Previous experience working in a similar role at a womenswear fashion brand
* Strong understanding of styling principles with an ability to immerse in and champion a brand’s identity
* You will be up to date with current and upcoming trends and how they can relate to the brand
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple shoots across varying locations
* Experience working on Ecom, Campaign and Social Shoots
* Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
* Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail to ensure consistency and quality in styling execution
