About the Role As an HLTA, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities under the guidance of teachers. Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment. Support students with varying needs, including those with additional learning challenges. Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored support strategies. Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students reach their full potential. What We’re Looking For A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience. Proven success working with children in a classroom setting. Confidence in leading classes and working with small groups. Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
