OutThere were established in 2012, evolving from a recruitment process management company to an outsourcing business fulfilling all supporting functions of a fully integrated HR department. We provide outsourced solutions for businesses ranging from 5 to 500 employees.
We are currently seeking a Human Resources & Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Southsea, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual comfortable working with a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
* Resourcing candidates, conducting telephone screenings, coordinating interviews with clients, and updating our applicant tracking system.
* Conducting candidate searches using effective job board utilization and headhunting, while providing customers with updates on their current recruitment campaigns.
* Providing administrative support to the OutThere HR Consultants, including producing standard letters, contracts, populating template documentation, and updating client HR software systems.
* Collaborating with the HR team to deliver various client HR projects.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 3 or above.
* A personal interest in HR and/or Recruitment Process, gaining 360 exposure to the HR and RPO industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Keen attention to detail.
