Dependent on experience AXA – Global Healthcare are seeking a Programme Manager for our Transformation teams in International Health. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the leadership and delivery of the Programme and resulting projects, initiatives and product delivery, taking ownership for and providing leadership, direction and support to Project Teams. What you’ll be doing: Management of Transformation projects and initiatives, ensuring it meets goals and objectives Responsible for the definition, documentation and delivery of programme initiatives Ensure that realistic and appropriate project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the projects Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities related to the projects within the Programme Track and manage dependencies between projects and workstreams, creating programme level plans to ensure these are addressed Ensure the budgets and controls are in place to successfully control the financials of the Programme Deliver clear, concise and consistent communication and reporting to key stakeholders for the Programme Work confidently in partnerships with other teams and organisations to deliver what is needed, supported by communicating, negotiating and influencing at all levels We know that some candidates may be discouraged from applying if they don't meet every requirement. What you’ll bring: Financial Services background, ideally with exposure to the PMI/IPMI industry. Demonstrable experience of Programme Management and Complex Project Delivery across a breadth of all types of change (Business, Commercial, Customer, Technology, Process) Experience with a wider knowledge of Project frameworks and governance, Waterfall & Agile exposure and Product Delivery processes Relevant Programme Manager professional qualification; MSP, Prince2 and Agile programme and project management methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to converse with stakeholders of all levels, ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience of managing direct reports and managing extensive matrix teams including offshore resources during project delivery As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
