Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be partnering with an independent financial planning practice in Poole for an Office Coordinator to join their experienced and welcoming team, within a family-built firm that has grown over the years of continued success.
Duties include:
1. Liaise directly with clients to book annual review meetings with their Financial Advisor.
2. Input, manage and block out Financial Advisors' diaries.
3. Send confirmation letters to clients.
4. Create and maintain accurate client files.
5. General office administration and coordination.
6. Meet and greet clients into the office.
Experience/skill set required:
1. Previous office-based experience.
2. Competent communicator.
3. Organised.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Confident user of Microsoft Office.
6. Professional manner.
Office based:
Monday - Friday
GBP23,000 - GBP27,000
