The right person for this role will be a caring and thoughtful person who can communicate well, particularly on the telephone. You will enjoyworking in a team who are the first point of contact with all our patients. The Team works together to ensure that tasks are prioritised andcompleted in a professional manner. It is essential that you have good IT and administration skills. We will: Provide you with bespoke and mandatory training and on-going support Ensure you have regular supervision meetings with your Line Manager Support you to progress in your role Wellbeing Champion support within the Admin Team - organises events, training and get togethers for Admin staff This is a full time post but part time working would be considered, we also have an evening post working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 16:00-20:00.
