Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work on the behalf of one of our prestigious Aerospace clients based in Yeovil. This role is a contract until December 2025, with possibility of extension. Summary We require a training admin assistant to join our team to assist with the conversion of our existing training user guides and process documentation into a standard format. The training admin assistant will also assist with some ad-hoc general training course administration. This role is a great opportunity for someone to showcase their organisation and planning skills and a great way to gain a broad understand of the client's business. Key Responsibilities • Update all existing training documentation to latest standards. • Move all existing training documentation to a central repository. • Log and reference all existing training documentation. • Assist the training team with general training administration as required. Key Skills • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively within a team setting and own initiative (Required). • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Experienced in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Good general interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with internal and external stakeholders (Required). • Accuracy and attention to detail (Required). • General administrative and organisation skills.
