About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Educator HR Specialist to join our Educator Experience Team. This critical role is your opportunity to be at the forefront of HR compliance and employment law, managing key areas such as Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), employment law, and tribunal cases. You will guide complex HR queries, coach teams on best practices, and embed regulatory standards into our operations to ensure we uphold our reputation as a compliant and forward-thinking organization. About You You are a HR professional with a strong understanding of employment law and compliance in an education or recruitment setting. Key qualities include: Extensive experience with education employment law, AWR, and tribunal management. CIPD accreditation, an employment law qualification, or proven experience in a similar HR compliance role. Strong analytical skills to identify risks, trends, and opportunities within employment legislation. A proven ability to develop and deliver training to support compliance and best practices. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle sensitive scenarios diplomatically and professionally.
