ROLE: Business Development and Marketing Manager

SALARY: Subject to experience/ Competitive salary
HOURS: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
LOCATION: Cheadle, Greater Manchester – Site based and office working

As we expand our services, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Business and Marketing Manager to drive our growth and reach, while helping us deliver on our vision of making mental health support accessible to all children and young people.
Job Summary:
The Business Development and Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding bMindful Psychology’s services and presence in the UK. Working closely with the Business Director and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies that drive growth, enhance our brand, and increase engagement with families, schools, local authorities and social care organisations. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
* Support and develop a growth strategy to expand services, reach new clients, and build partnerships with schools, social care organisations, and local authorities.
* Identify and pursue new opportunities to diversify revenue streams.
* Conduct market analysis to understand trends in child and adolescent mental health, ensuring bMindful remains competitive and relevant.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
* Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
* Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they are inclusive, professional, and aligned with our mission.
* Manage our online presence, supporting website content, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
* Develop, maintain, analyse and monitor key performance indicators and responses to marketing initiatives. Identify positive return on investment to influence future strategy and activities.
Brand and Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, social care organisations, and partners.
* Represent bMindful Psychology at events, conferences, and other public forums to promote our services.
* Ensure the bMindful brand reflects our commitment to diversity, equity, and accessibility.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
* Work closely with clinical teams to align business goals with service delivery.
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing team members or external contractors.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, service development, and growth strategies.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or management, ideally in healthcare, or similar sector
* Proven success in driving organisational growth and managing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
* Knowledge of the child and adolescent mental health sector is a strong advantage.
* Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions to challenges.
