We have an opening at Sulis hospital within our Medical Records teams for a part time Subject Access Requests Co-Ordinator, the role of the SAR’s Co-Ordinator is to receive and acknowledge receipt of requests from patients and nominated representatives such as solicitors. To ensure all requests are logged on a tracker and gain authorisation from the relevant clinician to disclose the records if the information has not already been shared. To arrange for internal sign off records and provide patients with the requested information within the statutory timeframes (one calendar month from receipt of request) and prepare and maintain Sulis Hospital Bath’s patient notes for all patient appointments. Ensure all notes are delivered in a timely manner and tracked accordingly.
