As the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating impactful and effective marketing campaigns. These campaigns will be aligned with RoSPA’s commercial, policy, and partnership priorities, using a range of tools and media channels with a strong focus on digital. You will play a key role in driving engagement, conversion rates, inbound lead generation, and e-commerce sales. Your role would involve campaign development by researching, creating, developing and implementing innovative digital campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic and generating valuable leads both within the UK and at an international level – ensuring a customer centric approach is delivered. As Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with RoSPA’s goals and priorities. Use data insights and collaborate with departmental teams to inform campaign strategies. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and website performance to optimize engagement and sales metrics. Develop creative briefs and collaborate with internal design teams and external agencies to produce campaign assets that adhere to RoSPA’s brand guidelines. Experienced in leading marketing campaigns for a B2B audience across different regions/countries, sectors and products Proficient with digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms Able to map user journeys through different stages of the marketing funnel Experienced in analysing data to optimize marketing efforts, ROI and performance Creative and strategic with excellent communication and collaboration skills Able to work closely with design teams and agencies to deliver high-quality campaign materials Passionate about impactful marketing that drives results Driven by project-based work that puts the customer at the core of solutions. Proven experience using a variety of marketing tools and channels (Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, Email Software, social media with a particular focus on LinkedIn, CRM, CMS) to attract new customers. Proficient skills in design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva) with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach; excellent team player with outstanding communication abilities.
