The Role
The Property Management (Factoring) Officer role is multifaceted and dynamic. You will engage with a diverse customer base, striving to enhance communication and foster strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Working closely across our wider group to ensure excellent service delivery while driving continuous improvement.
2. Engaging with customers and stakeholders to meet our service delivery requirements.
3. Overseeing a portfolio of factored developments and engaging directly with customers, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering service improvements.
4. Providing frontline services to resolve a variety of enquiries as part of a team.
5. Arranging common repairs, owner updates, invoicing and contributing towards income maximisation initiatives.
