Looking for a Product Analyst for our huge client with experience in PPM - Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle Unifier or EPPM - Enterprise portfolio programme management - only oracle unifier Duration - 3 months contract initiallyContract Inside IR35 - Mostly remote working, occasional visits to office MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEThe role of the Product Analyst is to support the Product Owner and delivery teams, map the business needs and use cases into the capabilities and features of the preferred product set as follows:· Oracle Unifier.Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to successfully design, develop and support new, integrated business processes and workflows to deliver streamlined, efficient business outcomes in an agile environment as part of a team.Our client is embedding agility in our ways of working, building capability for a digital future, meeting the needs of our customers in a new way. As a result, it is desirable role-holders have Agile experience and demonstrate an interest in championing it across the business.?KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Supporting the Product Owner to clarify requirements, to plan implementation and to answer queries through the development/configuration process. Deliver product backlog items across the end-to-end product in an agile environment; Delivery work may include representing and modelling data and information, developing training materials and supporting with definition of lean business cases. Works collaboratively and develops relationships with business users at different levels of the organisation to document requirements and solution specifications. Assesses impacts or designs business process to accommodate the use of the solution Undertakes analysis tasks under the leadership of a product owner. Plans, prioritises, manages and executes analysis work with a delivery team in order to regularly achieve cost and timescale targets. Works alongside the Product Owner with the business to understand and prioritise conflicting needs. Contributes to the execution of user system testing and to the test plan for large releases. Undertakes personal responsibility for IT data security by ensuring that rules and practices are identified. Presents business and technical concepts to process owners and business users. Identifies and assesses business and IT risk. Prepares succinct reports and communications that are tailored to different situations and audiences. Representing and modelling data information. Carries out in depth scoping exercises during the early stages of a work package to identify key issues of concern and to ascertain clear direction. Help protect the client from cyberattack and data loss by following standards and instructions and by reporting risks and incidents.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDesirable Business Knowledge Good knowledge of the gas and electricity industry and associated technologies. Experience from a similar support or development role in supporting business critical systems in a medium/large organisation.Essential Functional / Technical Skills Tangible experience working in an agile environment and part of a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrates a comprehensive breadth and depth of knowledge and experience. Worked collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and team members across Technology and the broader business.
