Site Manager Opportunity – Maidenhead
ITS is recruiting experienced Site Managers for a well-established, award-winning regional house builder operating in Maidenhead.
About the Site Manager Role
As a Site Manager, you will report to the Construction Director and be responsible for:
* Managing all aspects of the build programme, ensuring key deadlines are met and effectively communicating any changes.
* Overseeing daily site operations, including the management of sub-contractors and labourers.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times and taking proactive measures for improvement.
* Monitoring build quality and contributing to continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with regional teams to address and resolve any site issues.
About You
* Proven experience in a similar role within residential house building.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.
* A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
* SMSTS qualification required.
