Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
2. Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans, ensuring students receive the best possible care and education.
3. Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
4. Support classroom activities and work closely with teachers and therapists.
5. Encourage independence and social development.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential).
2. A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. A willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
5. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
