Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen, we are looking for someone who is interested in working in sports and leisure to join our team. We are recruiting to the role of Leisure Attendant (Lifeguard) which involves undertaking the typical duties of a lifeguard, working poolside and helping with the day-to-day operations. You will also support with setting up various sport and leisure operations that take place in our building - badminton, table tennis, netball as a few examples. Full training will be provided so previous experience is not required.
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
1. Someone who holds a current, recognised pool lifesaving qualification (NPLQ)
2. Motivated, punctual and has the ability to deal with the public
3. Able to follow health and safety procedures as well as pool safe operating procedures
4. Someone who can set up and dismantle equipment in a safe and efficient manner
5. Someone who can work a shift pattern that involves evenings, weekends and bank holidays
