01. JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Mortgage consultant.
b. Management of telephone and e-mail enquiries.
c. Provision of Indicative Quotes for potential clients.
d. Client follow-up after quotations.
e. Collection and collation of Due Diligence data.
f. Presentation of Due Diligence data to the management team and thereafter to prospective lenders.
g. Liaison with potential borrowers in relation to queries raised by lenders.
h. Management of the application process.
02. JOB REQUIREMENTS
a. This appointment is office based in Dulverton, Somerset.
b. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
c. The applicant must have current CeMAP Level 3 or Diploma qualification.
d. Minimum of 10 years working in mortgage broking business.
e. The applicant must have demonstrable experience of working in the agricultural and rural sector.
f. Demonstrable skills in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programmes.
03. INITIAL CONTRACT
a. Initial six month contract.
b. Potential for the right applicant to move to a long term, full time contract.
c. Half day, each working day initially.
d. Five days per week.
e. 24 days holiday [ex Bank Holidays] in a full year – 12 days holiday during the six months’ contract being offered. The successful applicant will qualify for their holiday entitlement after completing the first 6 weeks of the contract.
