* Conduct Genny & CAT Assessments and training across the Group, which can vary depending on incidents, induction, refresher training/assessments
* Completing site safety tours to ensure employees are working safely and compliantly, reporting any issues via the escalation process where necessary
* Completing incident investigations, debriefs and reporting fully and accurately, reporting any issues to line manager, and following escalation process within SHEQ SLA’s
* Proactively drive culture and lead the strategy to reduce utility damages across the Group
* Visiting sites to asses adherence to SHEQ
SHEQ AdvisorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Must be able to drive as will travel to other sites
* Civils / Construction background.
* NEBOSH qualified.
