Rexel UK are looking for a Branch Assistant to join our long-standing Denmans Melksham Branch, working Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:30 or 07:30 - 17:00.
As a Branch Assistant, you will be supporting across the team with carrying out warehouse and customer support duties, from picking orders ready for collection to taking phone calls about stock availability, to then finalising and processing orders.
Ideally, you will come from a retail or customer service background, with the ability to support in sales activities and ensure great service is provided for every single customer.

The skills we are looking for you to have:
* Customer Service: Experience working in a customer-facing role and able to demonstrate great service provided for repeat business
* Communication: The ability to ask questions and provide information effectively across different stakeholders e.g. colleagues, customers & suppliers
* Stock Management: Experience from a retail or wholesale stock environment, with proven ability to pick & pack orders or to book in and organise goods into store/branch
