An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Will Writer to join my client's team on a hybrid basis in their Birkenhead Office.
My client is a highly regarded national law firm specialising in a variety of law disciplines such as Court of Protection, Private Client & Conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attending initial Client consultations via Video Call and taking instructions on legal documents including Wills.
2. Ongoing communication with clients via e-mail and telephone.
3. Identifying the needs of the Client and advising on wills and estate planning to suit their needs.
4. Drafting Simple and Complex Wills.
5. Using case management system.
6. Accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, making sure that all compliance and regulatory standards are met.
Experience:
2 Years Experience in Will Writing is required for this role.
