Responsibilities
1. Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state),and helping to determine corresponding system designs to drive the organization's targeted business oues.
2. Contribute and develop the architecture for a broad scope of projects, working closely with delivery teams that manage and design architecture for a single project or initiative.
3. Contribute to the system solutions of large, strategic,plex system development projects involving multiple platforms, distributed processing, multi-tier, and web-based applications.
4. Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies caused by aging technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.
5. Review and ensure architectural designs are consistent, maintainable, flexible, and in line with the strategic direction of the business.
6. Influence the adoption and use of new techniques and technical practices and advocates continuous improvement.
7. Prototype and prove potential technology solutions with application teams to ensure consistent and effective implementations.
8. Act as a liaison between business functions and the technology organization to enablemunication of strategic direction and initiatives.
Experience /petences
Essential
9. Bachelor's degree inputer science, system analysis or other technical subject, or equivalent experience
10. Experience in an IT solution development discipline, such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.
11. Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies.
12. Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
13. Good analytical and technical skills.
14. Good written and verbalmunication skills.
Desired
15. Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of working with agile project teams.
16. Background of working in a financial or trading organisation.
17. Experience of Inter-Dealer Broking
18. Experience in modelling and graphic representations.
