Job Title:Senior Support Worker - Childrens residential
Location:Hayling Island
Salary:£29,609 rising to £30,826 per annum
Contract Type:Permanent
Shifts:Days 40hrs a week
Requirements
Previous experience working within a residential children's home environment
Related knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
A strong people manager with a hands-on approach.
Full driving licence is essential.
You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins
