The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. This is a challenging role that requires a motivated and flexible individual that wants to be part of the digital future of the Trust.
Main duties of the job
* Provide support for all members of staff in accessing and using numerous clinical and non-clinical systems, including password management, document delivery, information leaflet management, testing, and documentation.
* Support is provided via telephone, email, or in person.
* Be part of a small rota team providing out-of-hours on-call services after training is complete.
* Input ideas into new systems or upgrade existing ones.
* The role is office-based initially with the option for limited home working once training is complete.
