What you'll do
Being a Field Service Engineer means so much more than maintaining our Costa Express equipment. It's your chance to solve problems, be accountable for the equipment in your patch, and get ahead of the curve - which means you'll be:
* Diagnosing faults to repair or replace the equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee
* Communicating issues, problems and solutions through escalation points
* Serving up smiles with first-class customer service for our partners
Who you are
It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:
* An agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role
* An efficiency expert ready to keep our equipment operating effectively
* A people person who can stay calm under pressure
Working pattern: 37.5 hours a week, 1 / 4 weekends
