There is an exciting opportunity to join the Resourcing Team (Medical) as a Temporary Staffing Assistant. This is a full-time role and will support the management of a variety of systems, processes, and reporting, prevalent within the Rostering Team.
This is a very busy team, and this role will assist in the development and delivery of safe staffing levels for Medical Staff within Wirral University Teaching Hospital.

Although English and Maths at level 2 is not required for the role, it is a requirement to complete the apprenticeship and need to be in place by the end of the apprenticeship. If you do not hold or cannot evidence English and Maths at level 2 then support will be provided for the successful applicant(s) as part of the Trust's apprenticeship offer.

Main duties of the job
This is a key role providing resourcing support into the temporary medical and dental workforce, and permanent consultant body with regards to recording of annual leave and study leave in accordance with policies and procedures.
The post holder will contribute to the administration and governance processes around resourcing, producing regular reports and analysis of the data to support operational resource management, business planning and the corporate requirements of the Trust.
The post holder will be expected to act under the direction of the Rostering Facilitator, as well as on their own initiative, and manage and prioritise their workload in order to achieve expected results within agreed time frames.

Job responsibilities
There will be a requirement to be onsite most of the time and a requirement to travel across the hospital sites.
