This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient administrative support and coordination. Day-to-day of the role: Perform reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for the department, greeting and directing visitors appropriately. Take detailed minutes during meetings to ensure all information is accurately captured and distributed to relevant parties. Add new referrals to the system promptly and accurately to maintain up-to-date records. Arrange meetings by coordinating schedules, sending out invitations, and preparing necessary materials to ensure smooth and efficient team operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a social care or similar setting. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent minute-taking skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using office software and communication tools to manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
