Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
* Assist with daily administrative tasks, responding to queries and coordinating team activities.
* Maintain and update Health & Safety records and documentation.
* Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage client correspondence.
1. System Management
* Ensure internal systems are up to date with compliance records.
* Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
* Support report preparation, compliance checks, and general admin duties.
* Provide support to clients by offering basic information and assistance.
* Communicate with external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
About You
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an administrative role (especially in Health & Safety or regulatory environments).
* Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation (training will be provided).
* Experience with compliance management systems or databases.
