About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Transport Planner with 4-5 years of experience, looking to step up to a more senior position. As a Senior, you will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized projects from inception to completion and playing a key role in larger-scale projects. You'll be heavily involved in client meetings, liaising with local authorities, external consultants, and working closely with our multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage and deliver small to medium transport projects independently, from start to finish.
·Contribute significantly to larger, complex transport projects in coordination with senior management.
·Attend client meetings, provide regular project updates, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
·Liaise with local authorities and external consultants to ensure projects meet regulatory and planning requirements.
·Mentor and train junior members of the team, sharing your expertise and helping them develop.
·Conduct technical assessments using relevant software and tools to support transport planning and design.

Essential Requirements:
·Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years as a Transport Planner in either the public or private sector.
·Software Proficiency: Experience using relevant transport planning software, including TEMPro, ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig, TRICS, and Excel.
·Education: A Master's degree in Transport Planning is desirable but not essential.
·Professional Membership: Membership with a relevant professional body (CIHT, CILT) is desirable but not essential.
·Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is required for this role.
