FT onsite role, Newcastle based Up to £40k DOE benefits Technical Writer profile: Write clear, user friendly guides, aids for bespoke IP software solutions Update, maintain, and continuously improve existing training documents and create new training documents both internally and end users (clients) Participate in documentation planning with both the Web Development and Production teams Communicate software problems and issues to support teams Write and document clear and user friendly content, that could be utilised for marketing and communication purposes Experience required: 2 years’ experience of software technical writing experience, creating user-friendly, articulate, well-organized, consistent content from scratch, with a keen eye for detail. Interest in the tech sector and web development sectors Strong ability to communicate, verbally and in writing First class presentation skills
