Your Role: As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to residents while leading and supporting the care team. Key responsibilities include: • Providing physical and emotional support to residents, ensuring their personal care needs are met. • Coordinating the smooth running of shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring their completion. • Developing, reviewing, and updating personal care plans to reflect residents’ changing needs. • Promoting high standards of care and ensuring team members are properly trained and supervised. • Communicating professionally and warmly with family members, visitors, and healthcare professionals. About You: • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to undertake). • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • A caring and compassionate attitude with genuine concern for people. • Medication administration training or willingness to undergo training.
