Maths Teacher - Wiltshire
Protocol Education are working with a secondary school in the Devizes area to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to work on a 0.6 basis from January. This role will be to deliver Maths interventions on a small group basis to students who might need extra support in the subject to reinforce learning and fill in gaps in understanding.
With that in mind, we are looking for individuals who carry a passion for Maths, working with young people and making a positive impact on their lives and education.

Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students.
2. Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
3. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance learning.
4. Establish a positive and supportive learning environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student support.
Required Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT.
2. Degree/Experience in Maths or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Maths.
Experience:
1. Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary school level.
2. Experience working with Children/Young People within education or similar field (coaching, youth work, etc).
3. Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Excellent understanding of Maths concepts and principles.
2. Effective classroom management skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
