The Role
:
As an Audit Manager, you will be coordinating and supervising all accounting and audit tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and reviewing the work of staff, especially in audit preparation.
2. Reporting to partners and attending client meetings.
3. Reviewing financial accounts and corporation tax submissions.
4. Engaging in practice development, including networking and drafting new client proposals.
5. Communicating with clients and managing their expectations.
6. Working with managers and partners to promote office growth and team advancement.
Requirements:
7. Previously worked as a Audit Manager or in a similar role.
8. Experience in managing the audit process from planning to completion.
9. At least 3 years of PQE.
10. ICAEW / ACA / ACCA qualified.
11. Understanding of FRS.
12. Hold a 2:1 degree from a British university.
13. Skilled in IT, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and accounting software.
14. Working knowledge of Digita and Caseware would be beneficial.
