Spreading festive cheer is so much fun, but it’s also very busy. As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, day-to-day you’ll be doing things like:
1. Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything you do in store. It's the customer promise that all our colleagues work to.
2. Making our customers feel welcomed, wowed, and won over. That’s the way we do things at cardfactory.
3. Serving customers at the tills, ensuring they found everything they needed in their visit.
4. Recommending our amazing product ranges to our customers. We have a lot more than cards to offer so upselling our great gifts and wrap ranges will be a big part of your day.
5. Unpacking and restocking our products to ensure our shelves are well stocked.
6. Helping with stock take and merchandising our products.
7. Being part of a fantastic team, all passionate about celebrations and spreading more cheer.
Having experience in retail isn’t essential. What we do want is people who are friendly, approachable, and helpful. It can get pretty busy in store, so you’ll need to be comfortable being on your feet, working at a fast pace and OK changing your priorities during each shift.
