Truck Sales Executive – Retail Focus
Location: Field-based – Office base in Knowsley, Trafford Park or Deeside
£33,100 basic (flexible depending on experience)
OTE: Uncapped commission + Company Car + Guaranteed Bonus
Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
The Opportunity We’re looking for ambitious and confident Truck Sales Executives to join a growing retail sales division covering the North West. Whether you’re from a truck background or van sales with strong B2B experience—this is your chance to move into a rewarding and long-term career with a company offering serious progression.
You’ll be responsible for building new business relationships, managing existing retail truck customers, and driving unit sales across a range of commercial vehicles. You’ll split your time between prospecting, customer site visits, and following up leads from inbound marketing activity and internal referrals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Generating new business through prospecting, follow-up calls, and lead management
* Managing and maintaining existing client relationships
* Promoting commercial vehicle sales.
* Providing customers with tailored quotations and advice on products and packages
* Keeping your pipeline updated using CRM software (Salesforce)
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles
* Promoting additional products such as R&M contracts, finance options, and alternative fuel solutions
* Attending client events, exhibitions and roadshows to boost exposure
* Staying up to date with vehicle specs, competitors and market trends
What You’ll Need
* Experience in B2B vehicle sales (truck & van considered).
* Solid knowledge of the commercial vehicle market or strong interest in learning
* Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and face-to-face
* A proactive mindset and target-driven attitude
* Strong organisational and admin skills
* A full UK driving licence
