Job Description
* Location: Stone Lodge - Ipswich
* 1 FTE - Permanent
* Commencing from June 2025
* Salary: MPR/UPR
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team as a Teacher of Maths. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs. As a SEND Teacher, you will provide engaging lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, focusing on fostering academic progress, emotional regulation, and self-confidence. Creating a structured, inclusive learning environment that encourages personal growth and achievement.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education. You will adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and help students develop essential life skills. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in SEND settings are essential, along with a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom.
