So, if you are looking for an opportunity that gives you the support and room to develop, then please apply today Main duties of the job Carry out a clinical scientist role for Diagnostic Imaging work carried out across the Mid and South Essex Group (MSE). Assist in routine and non-routine diagnostic quality assurance and control across the MSE. Assist in commissioning of new equipment. Provide Clinical Scientist support to all sites and private providers the team supports. Develop additional skills / train other staff creating resilience in the team. Investigate and calculate patient and staff dose incidents. Assist with research applications for trials within the MSE. Assist with audits and departmental reviews. Assist with risk assessments and local rules. Assist with controlled area assessments, room design and safety measures. Develop skills or offer support within the fields of MRI and Laser protection if interested.
