Your Role:
1. Public Sector Business Support: Temps Consultant
Head up our Public Sector business, recruiting for Public Sector temporary, interim and FTC opportunities across Birmingham. Work with a warm client base on the national framework, targeting Government Agencies, Not-for-profit organisations, Local Authorities and the NHS. Enjoy autonomy and the chance to create a new desk.
2. Sales: Permanent Consultant

3: Accountancy Practice: Permanent Consultant
Working in a candidate-led market you’ll focus on sourcing and speccing candidates into a wide range of practice types, from small, one-partner practices, through to the biggest accounting firms - including the big four. You'll join an established and performing team and help to expand their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
