Business Development Executive
Basic Salary: A GBP 25,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: Farsley, LS28 (Office:Based, On:Site Parking)
Hours: Full:Time (9:00:5:00pm or 8:30:4:30pm)
About the Role
Are you a motivated and adaptable individual with a hunger for sales?
If so, Join Chef Works Europe Ltd as a Business Development Executive. This is a 100 outbound:focused role where you will generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold:calling and lead generation. You will also set appointments for our field:based team and close sales directly where appropriate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop within a dynamic sales environment. No specific industry background is required:your attitude and approach are what matter most.
Responsibilities but not limited to::
* Proactively research and contact prospects, booking appointments for the field team.
* Directly sell Chef Works and Bragard products to customers.
* Maintain and update prospect information in our CRM (ZOHO).
* Build relationships and rapport with customers, focusing on brand value and quality.
* Achieve daily activity targets:
: 24+ dials per day
: 10+ new social media connections daily
: 3+ hours of talk time daily
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support.
* Hit monthly revenue and performance targets.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven success in a high:volume phone sales environment.
* A self:motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
* Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to overcome challenges.
* Organised and efficient, with strong time management.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
