Discover how you can make a big impact. As our new Inbound Business Development Representative, you will become part of a dynamic, energetic, and efficient Sales team. Sales has a close collaboration with Marketing, and as our Inbound Business Development Representative, you will be an important link between the two teams. The main focus of the role will be to handle all inbound leads from marketing and utilising outbound calls to ensure these leads are qualified and converted into sales ready opportunities as efficiently as possible. Another element of the role is to utilise outbound calling to generate new leads within our mid-market segment. Both responsibilities are rewarded with a monthly, quarterly and annual commission scheme. The key responsibilities of the Inbound Business Development Representative will be the handling and qualification of all inbound marketing engagement into the business. The Inbound Business Development Representative will focus on: Qualify all live chat queries, inbound phone calls, web submissions and leads with a score over 100 Establish when there is a specific service requirement Qualify all incoming leads and creating a meeting for the sales team Managing the allocation and tracking of leads An Inbound BDR will require: At least two years of experience with marketing, sales via phone, preferably within IT, software or B2B solutions Good understanding of the business processes within B2B companies and how software solutions can support these processes Experience with maintaining data in CRM systems Good understanding of driving and optimizing internal processes for data and lead management Relevant education within sales, marketing, business communication or similar You have excellent communication skills, you conduct yourself in a polite and professional manner, and you understand how to build relations. Also, you know how to communicate even complex IT solutions in a clear and understandable way with a focus on the business value the customer will achieve.
