H9 Human Resources are looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our clients team in a dynamic and varied generalist role. This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of HR functions, providing key support to managers.
A significant focus will be on employee relations (ER), handling approximately 2 to 3 cases per week. In addition, responsibilities will include:
1. TUPE processes
2. HRIS implementation
3. Restructures and consultations
4. Job description development and evaluations
5. Exit interviews and training
6. People data insights and reporting
The role will be on-site full-time initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid model—typically three days in the office and two days working from home, depending on business needs. The salary for this position is £35,000.
