Do you have experience motivating and developing a team? Are you sales motivated with excellent communication skills? Then we might have the position for you. Keyline are recruiting for a National Sales Office Manager within their Norwich office.
This role will be office based with occasional travel to meetings, both internally and to external customers.
What you’ll do
* Be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities within the existing customer base and look for new business opportunities with new customers.
* Work closely with the external sales team to enhance our product offering to our key customers. You will work with the branch network to strengthen Keyline’s offering to the market.
* Develop relationships with key suppliers to grow our sales in the infrastructure sector.
* You will drive high performance within the sales team, finding new ways to enhance their skills and build their commercial awareness.
* Have a good handle on price and stock availability in conjunction with the commercial team to stay one step ahead.
* Keep up to date with any changes in safety measures for colleagues and customers, staying in regular contact with the local ROM.
What we are looking for
* Commercial awareness.
* Ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of a successful team.
* Previous sales experience, working with Tier 1 contractors.
* Proven success negotiating with customers.
* The ability to plan and prioritise the work of yourself and others.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to produce and interpret basic financial and statistical information.
* A good handle on P&L sheets.
