Registered Manager Barnsley, South Yorkshire £40,000 per year TRC has teamed up with a well-known business who are running a reputable homecare service across the North of England. The service is very well-established, operating over 20 years. They are looking for Registered Manager with the day-to-day duties of the office and staff management. The Role: Deliver person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice. Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring training and supervision are at the heart of everything they do. Manage staffing, compliance, and operational performance, ensuring quality standards exceed expectations. Oversee service coordination and scheduling, ensuring reliability and continuity of care. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and families to enhance service provision. Ensure full regulatory compliance, meeting CQC standards and driving continuous improvement. Grow and develop the service, maximising opportunities to expand and innovate. Criteria: A natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role within a health and social care setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care principles. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it). Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
